**The Company**:
Our client is a leading privately owned real estate investment manager with expertise across the capital stack and exposure to all real estate asset classes.

The Investment Analyst will be based in Brisbane and be part of the investment management team responsible for the execution, asset management, financing and disposition activities of both debt and equity across commercial real estate.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will be required to:

- Develop financial models and analyse new investment opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for transactions.
- Prepare investment committee papers and liaise with key consultants.
- Evaluate risks related to debt and equity financing, incorporating market research.
- Outline proposed debt and equity structures and provide recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Assist in investment management and origination activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification (Bachelors degree) in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- CA or CFA qualification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Internships are also favourable.
- Passion for real estate investment management.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
