**The Opportunity**
It’s an exciting time to join Revo Fitness, as we expand across Australia, solidifying our position as a leader in the Australian Fitness Industry. We're on the lookout for a Community & Partnerships Manager who will lead our community engagement initiatives to drive our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and manage our esteemed Australian sporting organisations such as the Perth Wildcats, Adelaide 36ers, Melbourne Mavericks, and Claremont Football Club, along with more than twenty grassroots community clubs. Your role will involve fostering these relationships and seeking out new partnerships with compatible brands and organisations. Ultimately, you'll drive mutually beneficial partnerships and boost brand awareness by leading community engagement initiatives that align with Revo Fitness's values and business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships aligned with Revo Fitness' mission and objectives.
- Develop and implement partnership plans to maximize engagement and impact.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual benefits for both parties.
- Manage partnerships to fulfil agreement inclusions efficiently.
- Develop community engagement strategies to foster connection with the community and Revo Fitness.
- Facilitate communication channels such as social media and events to encourage participation and engagement.
- Plan and organise events, both in-person and online, to connect with partners, employees, community members, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate budgets, logistics, and assets of events to enhance relationships and drive desired outcomes.
- Coordinate the implementation of our RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan) involving identifying and developing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Identify relevant awards to build brand awareness, including liaising with internal teams to gather necessary data and support material for award submissions.
- Analyse KPIs related to partnerships and community engagement initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports of activations related to partnerships and community engagement to update management.
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in partnerships development, community management, or related roles; preferably in the fitness, sporting, or retail industry.
- Proficiency in project management, event planning, and budget management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and other tools for community engagement.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative partnership and community engagement strategies.
