About the opportunity

As our Valuations Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality valuation advice and managing valuation activities across a broad portfolio range, including commercial, education, retail, logistics, accommodation, life science assets and warehousing.

This role will encompass, procurement and management of the quarterly valuation programme, valuation modelling for existing properties and potential acquisitions, analytical support, and advice across a range of different areas, management of the review of statutory valuations across the portfolio, oversight of information flow and financial model review.

Your core accountabilities include taking ownership on risk analysis and writing reports, building relationships with the team and clients, and being a trusted adviser and great valuer.

This role is on a 9 month fixed term contract.

About you

You will have Tertiary qualifications in Valuations and be a Certified Property Valuer with the Australian Property Institute or RICS registered valuer coupled with 5+ years’ experience in valuations (specialising in one or multiple sectors), advanced analytical skills and commercial awareness and demonstrated experience in strong relationship influencing and management of the valuation process. You will bring to the role experience and knowledge of institutional grade real estate markets in one or more capital cities.
