We now have an exciting opportunity for a Valuations Analyst to join our Valuations team in Melbourne.

About the opportunity

The Valuations Analyst is responsible for a range of valuation activities across a range of property types. This role will have you;
- Working alongside the valuations team to produce and manage quarterly valuations.
- Assist with the “Extractor” analysis of the quarterly valuations (draft and final) for approval of the Senior Manager, Valuations.
- Working with Data to identify risk, market trends and opportunities across portfolios, this includes valuation modelling and data sets.
- Working with our Asset Managers to Development Managers to ensure valuations are well rounds, reliable and online

About you

Certified Property Valuer (CPV) with the Australian Property Institute or RICS registered valuer
Exposure to institutional grade real estate markets in one or more capital cities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite including advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to develop, analyse and manage financial models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
