Due to an internal movement, Rabobank has an opening for KYC Analyst. This role will be part of a Know Your Client Team based in Sydney who work a hybrid mix of 1-2 days in the office 3-4 days at home.

**What will keep you busy**:

- Completing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews as per Rabobank’s AML /CTF Program for the rural banking portfolio
- Proactively interacting with branches, compliance and internal teams to update system with information through the AML on boarding lifecycle through to approval of CDD for client
- Ensuring KYC/AML record is completed in compliance with corporate AML policies, business unit standard, operating procedures and industry best practice to meet regulatory requirements
- Providing assistance to Senior KYC Analyst with AML/CDD completion, which will include Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and Sanction Screening, Transaction reviews, company searches etc.
- Working with Compliance team to develop effective processes with regard to integration of new/ changes to regulations, in addition to developing and maintaining up to date usable information reference guides for use by relevant stakeholders across the bank.

**Experience and skills you will bring to the role**:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a KYC Analyst or Retail Operations Client On boarding role
- Knowledge of Code of Banking Practice, AML/CTF, FATCA and other regulatory issues in Australia
- Knowledge of financial banking products in particular lending, deposits and cards
- Ability to manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team and with a variety of stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills
