We’re on the hunt for a **visionary Executive Director** to lead three of Compass Group’s most dynamic brands — **Levy, Restaurant Associates, and Eurest** — delivering everything from **stadium-scale hospitality** to **premium corporate dining** and **next-gen workplace food experiences**.

This **newly created role** reports directly to the **Managing Director** and offers a unique opportunity to:

- Drive strategic growth and lead a bold market expansion agenda
- Shape and deliver **client-specific experiences that go beyond the plate** — embedding this thinking across the entire sector
- Launch client-specific service innovations that blend culinary excellence, storytelling, and customer insight
- Accelerate sector **growth and innovation** by influencing bold partnerships and enabling smart acquisition opportunities
- Influence nationally and operate at scale (1,300+ permanent employees)
- Be part of the **Compass Executive Leadership Team** shaping the future of Australian hospitality
