**Total Remuneration Package $178,647.30 includes salary of $158,152.00 pa plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence**

To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (MCoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW MCoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.

**About You**

You are an established leader experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a team to deliver high quality customer focused outcomes. You are innovative and have an ambition to drive change in delivering the best customer journey possible. You have effective communication skills, with a natural problem solving ability to drive best business practice for our customers and stakeholders.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relations with the ability to influence, engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve common objectives embedding customer centric principles in operations.

**Highly Desirable**:

- Experience in leading large projects or programs to improve engagement levels and learner/customer outcomes across diverse cohorts.
- Demonstrated experience in community and industry relations with the ability to influence, engage and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
