We are looking for a Digitisation Production Manager to join our growing Enfield team.

**What is the Digitisation Production Manager role?**

The Digitisation Production Manager is crucial to our digitisation team, providing direction and guidance for all staff. In this role, you will orientate the team to deliver high-quality service to our clients with professionalism at the forefront.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure document preparation and scanner operations adhere to documented procedures for all facets of production.
- Allocate production resources according to job priorities.
- Ensure all production staff are fully trained on procedures, equipment, and software, and recommend other training to enhance skills and improve practices.
- Keep clients updated on the progress of their work and any variations to turnaround times or other issues.
- Communicate with clients to resolve queries about job specifications and exceptions.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Maintain and action production reports in accordance with company requirements.
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of others.
- Comply with and cooperate with any reasonable policies and procedures of TIMG.

- Confidently supervising others, with previous experience preferred.

- Being tech-savvy and confident with new systems.
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Previous digitisation experience is desirable.

**Who will manage you?**

You will report to the National Production Manager, who has over 19 years of experience with the company. They are a valued resource and will support you every step of the way. They see the value in sharing a laugh while ensuring the job is done to the highest standard.

If you are successful for this role, you will need to undergo a police check.
