This large, well-known healthcare organisation is optimising how it operates to achieve talent management and workforce strategic goals that are cost effective. If you love developing & delivering data strategies and leading projects and analysis that transforms HR and organisational data into practical insights whilst ensuring systems are integrated and optimal, this role will give you the opportunity to utilise these skills in a people orientated position.

Reporting to the CP&CO and leading a small team of analysts, you will lead the end-to-end development and delivery of key data initiatives and insights along with identifying, implementing and integrating HR systems that support the organisation’s digitisation goals. Some of your activities will include:

- Create, lead and deliver the people analytics vision and strategy to uncover data driven insights and deliver workforce analytics solutions for people related data such as recruitment, compensation, D&I etc.
- Design & administer the organisation’s people performance framework ensuring it is aligned to the strategic plan.
- Collaborate with the technology team to deliver the digital strategy that optimises people management.
- Collaborate with finance to deliver workforce planning solutions.

Tertiary qualified, you are a strategic and “hands on” leader with a strong background in establishing & implementing performance reporting and analytics and HR digitisation solutions across large, complex organisations. You have strong consulting skills with the ability to understand, engage and influence across complex stakeholder environments and have significant technical “hands on” expertise in data visualisation, business intelligence, reporting and analytic tools.
