Our Wealth Platform has entered a period of significant digital evolution. This presents an exciting new opportunity for a high performing Digitisation Product Analyst to drive our top strategic initiatives that will have a huge impact on our clients and internal teams.

As an analyst focused on digital transformation, you will help to deliver some of the biggest changes across our Wealth products. You will engage broadly across the BFS eco-system with sales, operations, legal, risk and technical teams, as well as externally with financial advisers and investment managers to develop great solutions for new and existing clients.

Key to success in this role will be demonstrating an inquisitive open mind, creative problem-solving capabilities, analytical thinking, enjoyment in working with data and the drive to challenge the status quo.

**Your primary responsibilities will be**:

- Analyse and use data insights to suggest improvements in the digital process that will de-risk the business, enhance user experience and/or streamline operational efficiencies
- Produce and gather requirements for prioritised capabilities to assist our technical feature teams to begin solutioning and development
- Identify high impact items and prioritise with various teams
- Identify pain points with the current state through process mapping and interviews
- Map the target state processes and facilitate discussions on roles and responsibilities
- Ensuring the impact on clients are understood and put first when developing solutions
- Conduct a change impact analysis and manage the readiness and adoption activities so that internal teams and clients will be ready to adopt the change
- Manage the risk and issue register and escalating material risks early to stakeholders
- Track the benefits to ensure what was delivered ties back to what was promised

**Skills and/or experience that would help with success in the role**
- Operational and/or business analytical experience within a financial services organisation
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines, work under pressure and understand new concepts quickly
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders
- Have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation as part of a small team
- Be both a team player and have the ability to work autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in working with Agile development teams
