Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:

- Lead a talented culinary team to shape the culinary vision at the iconic Melbourne Olympic Park.
- Drive innovation and craft dynamic retail dining menus to enhance overall culinary excellence.

The Position:

- Direct and elevate the Retail culinary experience across the Melbourne Olympic Park and events, leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional food and beverage offerings.
- Drive creativity and innovation in culinary offerings, ensuring they align with international tastes and trends to enhance customer experiences.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the culinary division, including budget management, vendor relationships, and adherence to high-quality standards to guarantee seamless and exceptional service.
- Implement a customer-focused mindset throughout the culinary team, enhancing guest experiences and contributing to the event's reputation for outstanding food and beverage services.
