**About your new role - Immediate Start - 3-4 month Fixed Term Contract**:
**A bit about you**:

- Demonstrated HR experience working collaboratively with a diverse range of business stakeholders in a partnering or operations function
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
- Significant experience working within a fast-paced industry such as Aged or Health Care, or Financial Services
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements
- Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with our leaders, team members and residents and their families
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs as we continue to grow aligned to our strategy
- Strong communication skills with a business outcome perspective Strong IT and systems skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage diverse and conflicting priorities
