About your new role – Immediate Start - 3-4 month Fixed Term Contract:
We are currently seeking applications for a People and Culture Advisor (Fixed Term Contract – 3 to 4 months, with possible move to perm) to join our People & Culture team located at our office in St Leonards. This is a great career opportunity and a rewarding position where you will have the opportunity to provide human resources support and solutions to a portfolio of clients supporting people leaders and team members.
A bit about you:
Demonstrated HR experience working collaboratively with a diverse range of business stakeholders in a partnering or operations function
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
Significant experience working within a fast-paced industry such as Aged or Health Care, or Financial Services
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements
Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with our leaders, team members and residents and their families
Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs as we continue to grow aligned to our strategy
Strong communication skills with a business outcome perspective Strong IT and systems skills
Ability to prioritise and manage diverse and conflicting priorities
