**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out maintenance waterproofing and sealing works as required, with a focus on UV-tolerant roof systems
- Maintain a neat, tidy, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with site managers and provide regular updates

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with a range of waterproofing systems, especially UV-tolerant roof solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Own vehicle and current driver’s license
- Construction Safety Card (White Card)
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) and Working at Heights permits highly regarded
- ABN and appropriate insurances

**Desirable**:

- Experience with luxury or decorative finishes
- References from commercial or high-end residential projects
