Specialist Remedial Works Coordinator

Deliver complex remedial works, including concrete repair, structural strengthening, protective coatings, and waterproofing. Work alongside the Project Manager to deliver specialist remedial projects across Queensland.
The role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of remedial projects across structures, buildings, and bridges.
- Interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and engineering designs.
- Ensure project activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support cost control, scheduling, and project forecasting.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct inspections, complete QA documentation, and maintain reporting standards.
- Provide technical guidance and on-site supervision.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a Graduate, Junior, or Site Engineer role, preferably within remedial, structural, or civil construction.
- Exposure to concrete remediation, waterproofing, structural strengthening, or coatings is highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of Australian engineering codes and site practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project or engineering software is a plus.
