**Your Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our team on a part time, 3 month fixed term contract basis.
Based in the Canberra CBD, you will be working half days on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a full day on Fridays.
You will be reporting to the Client services co-ordinator and your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Deliver first class reception services to our client floors- answering & routing incoming phone calls- ensuring room booking requirements are recorded accurately and managed fittingly- liaising with staff regarding room bookings, catering, audio visual and any other requirements- assisting clients, visitors and stakeholder in a composed and solution-focussed approach- Meeting and greeting clients and staff and providing them with a highly professional experience- Enter meeting room bookings and associated catering requirements into EMS booking system- Confirm bookings and follow up catering numbers- Continually check the Reception Inbox and action all tasks quickly and efficiently- Any other tasks as requested by the Team Leaders

**More About You**- 1-3 years' experience as a receptionist in a professional services environment- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation- Experience working in a fast paced environment delivering premium service- Barista and coffee making skills would be an advantage- Being tech savvy would be an advantage- Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Word and Excel- A strong commitment to teamwork and reliable- Food Safety supervisor certificate, R.S.A. Competency card, First Aid Certificate and Fire Warden experience would be an added bonus
