**Your new company**

One of the biggest beverage company across APAC looking for a People data analyst to join their growing team.

**Your new role**
- Manage requests made by the business to meet targets for response and resolution time.
- Action work processes associated with the hiring, movement and termination of employee records.
- Analyse data with attention to detail in the context of compliance with employment law and regulations.
- Identify and understand opportunities within People Services' processes.
- Review recurring queries raised by the business, connect with appropriate stakeholders to identify root cause and propose solutions to address frequently occurring requests.
- Support the on-boarding process to ensure an engaging “great start” for new employees.
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach with other teams such as payroll and other enterprise services teams

**What you'll need to succeed**
- HR administrative support role
- Helpdesk case management processes and supporting customers through query resolution
- Payroll processing experience desirable
