**Our client**

Strut & Fret is an internationally recognised Arts and Events Company, with over 20 years’ experience. They produce and manage events, theatrical productions, performers, and venues throughout Australia and internationally and are well respected and renowned for their unique ‘catch your breath’ style. Strut & Fret delivers a wide range of festivals and events, both presenting their own events and shows, as well as working with third party festivals, venues and artists to promote their work. **The role**

This is a unique opportunity to join Strut & Fret in a pivotal Marketing Manager role. Reporting to the Creative Director & Executive Producer, you will have a ‘customer first approach’ and look to adopt innovative marketing principles to support and deliver on targets set for events and productions nationally. With a strong focus on social and digital marketing, and managing a Social Media Coordinator, the Marketing Manager will conceptualise, deliver and report on key acquisition campaigns through multiple platforms.

The role will also be responsible for:

- Managing creative and agency relationships
- CRM management
- People leadership
- Content creation
- Lead generation
- National stakeholder management
- Tracking and reporting

**About you**

To be an innovative, successful Marketing Manager at Strut & Fret, you will be campaigns focused, with extensive experience developing multi-channel marketing initiatives in a creative field. Ideally you will also have the following:

- Proven end to end campaign development experience
- Previous experience mentoring junior staff
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong digital marketing ability
- Willingness to work in an agile environment with a national focus
- Ability to drive marketing through audience engagement
- Social media management
- A passion for the arts and creative industries, and willingness to travel across Australia where required
