This Position reports to:
Workshop Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**

In these roles, you'll be responsible for performing testing, diagnostics, and service work on large-scale rotating electrical machines of low to medium complexity. You'll also play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and collaborating closely with both our clients and internal ABB teams. The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Executes service work with urgency and precision, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through clear communication and quality delivery.
- Identifies on-site improvement opportunities, collaborates with customers to resolve pain points, and informs account teams of potential solutions.
- Performs certified field service tasks, troubleshooting issues remotely or on-site using appropriate tools, and recommends preventive actions.
- Prepares materials and documentation, ensures readiness and quality of parts, and completes service activities to standard with a first-time-right approach.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Must hold an Electrical Fitter License or Restricted Disconnect/Reconnect License.
- Requires frequent travel to remote locations and at least 2 years of industry experience.
- Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and provides technical support while adhering to OHS and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for effective documentation and communication.
