**Position Summary**

To learn and assist with repairs and maintenance of Terex cranes and any other miscellaneous cranes and equipment to the highest quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake and participate in training to complete a 4 year trade qualification (Certificate 3 in Engineering-Mechanical Trade (Plant Mechanic);
- Ensure compliance with the Terex policy, procedures, and work instructions; documented quality system; and all OH&S procedures and policies;
- Assist the Service Fitters with mechanical repairs and service works;
- Maintain effective communications with all internal and external customers and team members;
- Complete all relevant documentation including training records;
- Represent the company in a professional manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Committed to completing an apprenticeship;
- Self-motivated with an enthusiasm to learn and follow instruction;
- Possess a mechanical aptitude;
- Hold a current manual Driver’s License;
- Believe in providing exceptional customer service.
- Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
