From inspections and load testing to full system installations, we pride ourselves on delivering first-class service and keeping our customers compliant and safe.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Field Technician who is switched on, reliable, and ready to get hands-on. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, from building chain, to on-site inspections and installation of roof safety systems, taking pride in doing things the right way.

Even if you haven't worked as a Field Technician before, if you've got the practical skills, a good attitude, and the willingness to learn, this could be exactly the opportunity you've been looking for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • On-site inspection, service and tagging of lifting and height-safety equipment
  • Building and load testing lifting chains, wire ropes, and other custom lifting products
  • Installation and servicing of roof safety systems, walkways and related products
  • Performing proof-load testing with accurate reporting
  • Supplying new equipment and advising customers on safe use
  • Building strong professional relationships on-site
  • Maintaining a 100% commitment to safety standards
  • Travelling to customer sites across SE QLD (mostly day trips)
What You'll Bring
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence & White Card
  • Dogman/rigging ticket, EWP and Working at Heights tickets (or willingness to obtain — training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Proven ability to work with your hands and problem-solve on site
  • Physically fit, safety-conscious and enthusiastic attitude
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy (email, Excel, iPad use)
  • Willingness to travel regularly across SE QLD
