The Opportunity:
We have opportunities available for Pricing Specialists to join our Group Distribution team at AIA. Within these roles, you will support the Pricing Business Partner and Senior Manager to provide product and pricing terms for a specified portfolio of clients. The focus will involve performing and/or reviewing pricing and profit testing within agreed timelines. You will work closely with the Strategic partnership team, Product, Reinsurance and Actuarial teams to deliver effective and sustainable solutions.

To do this successfully you will:
- Review and advise on the terms of existing products in addition to contributing to the design of new products- Develop and maintain pricing models and pricing assumptions whilst conducting profitability analyses- Analyse product-related financial risks and manage product-specific reinsurance arrangements- Manage portfolios and conduct regular loss ratio analysis reviews to determine profitability & experience for large key client accounts- Provide pricing options to stakeholders and creating recommendations in pricing for product offerings- Prior experience as a pricing specialist/analyst with proven knowledge in Group insurance preferred, but not essential- A background in Actuarial studies with progress towards Actuarial Fellowship qualifications desirable- Sound understanding of actuarial concepts, IBNR, capital, profit and value measures- Understanding of the key drivers of the Group Insurance market- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an understanding of performance targets and measurement
