**Your next opportunity**

As a Pricing Process Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Boral’s pricing capabilities across our product lines. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Credit, Finance, IT, and Operations—to streamline pricing processes, implement best practices, and create a seamless customer experience.

**Your day will involve**:

- Analyse and optimise pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Document pricing processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements to pricing tools and systems
- Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development and rollout of pricing strategies and governance frameworks
- Provide training and support to operational teams on pricing systems and protocols
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and pricing policies

- Proven experience in pricing or process improvement roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in pricing software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
