**The Client**:
This developer boasts a robust pipeline of projects, which includes some of the most significant and high-profile developments in the upcoming years.

**The Role**:
The Building Site Foreman will be stationed on-site, overseeing the coordination of trades, consulting with stakeholders, resolving problems on-site, and ensuring quality in all stages of construction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in delivering multi-residential apartments or projects of similar scope, with a focus for quality finishes and high capacity for safety.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively.
- Dynamic work ethic with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership skills and the ability to forge strong relationships with subcontractors.
- A trade background.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is preferred but not essential.
- A strong team-oriented mindset.
