Our client is an established Real Estate owner-operator on a growth trajectory, expanding their mixed-use and hospitality portfolio across Australia. We are urgently seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to be their pioneer **HR Assistant Manager/Manager** based in Perth CBD.

The successful hire will serve as an HR Generalist and will cover full-spectrum of HR functions. He/she will serve as an HR Business Partner in Australia and will lead, craft, implement HR processes and support the company's ambitious vision and growth plans.

**Responsibilities**:
**Establish the HR function for Australia**: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with Australian regulations and company culture.

**Become the go-to HR expert**: Provide comprehensive HR support to all Australian staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

**Partner with the business**: Advise leadership on strategic HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

**Champion a positive work environment**: Foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and high performance.

**Bridge the continents**: Serve as the Australia HR Business Partner, reporting directly to the Head of HR in Asia and facilitating seamless communication.

**You'll Excel If You Have**:

- Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
- Relevant industry experience in Real Estate and/or Hospitality in WA is VITAL
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR processes
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and best practices
- Excellent business acumen and a strategic mindset
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to thrive in an independent, results-oriented environment
- Project management expertise
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
