**The opportunity**

Are you a stronger influencer with a passion for compliance & controls services? This new role is for you With a team of experts, you will establish and mature a customer centric and enterprise-wide culture of compliance by default. This is a critical role in which you will drive alignment of our organisation with all internal and external obligations, delivering measurable value to our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand all applicable governance controls and ensure all regulatory requirements and standards are followed
- Ensure that compliance models are appropriate, pragmatic, and maintained
- Responsible for the effective management, reporting and timely actioning obligation amendments, CAB and exemption requests, and audit actions
- Provide cross business leadership to ensure ongoing integrity and security of our business and supports integration of new approaches into the service delivery environment.
- Manage a team that works agile and makes evidence driven judgements, exercised with integrity.

**Skills & Experience**
- Senior leadership experience in complex, regulated environments with expertise in risk/ insurance or audit would be highly regarded
- Experience in leading, coaching and developing teams
- Demonstrated understanding of governance and assurance processes
- Development of Frameworks to ensure service delivery operates in a flexible but outcome driven manner.
- Experience in driving operational efficiencies, process improvements and implementation of innovative improvements that deliver ‘value -adds’ to our customers.
