**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Work in a small team to provide Level 1 & 2 support to our staff, residents, contractors and board members. We are looking for someone that loves variety, is self-motivated, a team player and is keen to learn.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Applications Support - assists with investigation and resolution of issues.
- IT Infrastructure - routine operational procedures; contributes to maintenance and installation and monitors performance.
- Network Support - contributes to operational configuration of network components and assists with investigation and resolution of network issues.
- Security Operations - respond, investigate and document.
- Incident Management - identify, register and categorise.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
Commitment to superior customer service is crucial for your success in this role. Other requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications or certification in IT (or progress toward).
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, Active Directory.
- Experience and knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience with IT Ticketing Systems.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, problem solving and developing solutions.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Rights to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
