**A bit about us**

Wishy Window Washing was started in Melbourne and we have opened a new branch in Byron Bay with plenty of clients on our roster. We are a team of friends and are always trying improve our workplace culture and look out for each other.

**A bit about the role**

We are looking to hire someone new to take over the day-to-day management of the Byron Bay branch. This involves meeting with clients, quoting & scheduling jobs, project managing, billing, a little bit of sales, human resources and finally window washing/building maintenance (building wash downs, solar panel cleaning & pressure washing). We also love to keep the gram looking fresh so content collection on the job is a must.

**A bit about you**

You enjoy working outdoors in the sun We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, a passion for business and is willing to go the extra mile for the team. Ideally you will have experience in management and/or window washing however this is not a must as Wishy Window Washing have a heavy focus on training.

**Culture**

Wishy Window Washing is a young team mostly based in Melbourne however we stay in touch everyday to share new strategies we learn. We are all friends and enjoy our luxurious lunch breaks and knock off beers. The beauty of having the business in two locations is we are able to transfer staff easily for working holidays or can provide opportunity for travel when big jobs come in.

**Looking ahead**

As the branch grows we expect you will be in-charge of a team of 3-6 over summer. The salary package will grow favourably in accordance with the businesses growth.

We also have a garden maintenance business in Melbourne that we would one day like to expand to Byron Bay as well which will require you to work alongside the Giddy Garden Grooming manager to coordinate jobs at a later date.

We plan on releasing a line of merchandise over the early summer period and would appreciate your help in organising content.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
