**We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Retirement Village Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 32 unit pet friendly retirement village.**:
**Ideally you'll come from a similar background allowing you to ensure the smooth running of the village, uphold high standards of care and hospitality, and nurture a thriving community environment for our residents.**:
**About the role**:
- **Oversee all operational aspects of the retirement village, including maintenance, safety compliance, and service delivery**:
- **Build strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a sense of community**:
- **Manage the village budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial goals are achieved**:
- **Ensure the village complies with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment**:
- **In consultation with the residents, plan and execute social and recreational activities that enhance their quality of life**:
**About You**:
- **Proven experience in a management role, preferably within aged care, hospitality, or property management**:
- **Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with the senior and veteran community**:
- **Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively**:
- **Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards**:
- **Ability to handle complex situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion**:
- **Occasional travel as required: to Villages within the region and to our office in St Leonards for meetings/training**:
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 5 years of management experience in a relevant field**:
- **First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)**:
- **NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)**:
