We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to assist the Tweed City Centre Management team to deliver the operational functions for the centre. Tweed City offers an extensive range of stores and services. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your property professional and technical skills and progress your career in the shopping centre operations area.

About you- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and coordinate multiple activities with a high degree of accuracy and planning.- Previous facilities management, financial management experience and strong computing skills would be an advantage, ideally within a shopping centre environment.- Trade qualification (mechanical/electrical) is advantageous, but not essential.- Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to question contractors and suppliers to ensure sound decision making.- Project management experience and ability to comprehend construction plans and drawings, would be an advantage.- Experience in risk and compliance will also be highly regarded.
