An excellent opportunity is available for a customer focused individual to join our team in East Vic Park as a **Service Receptionist.**

We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years. **How you will make an impact**:

- Receiving and handling inbound calls, assisting with the enquiry where possible or transferring to the appropriate person
- Verifying all customer contact information for database accuracy
- Assisting in managing daily no shows and calling to re-book each day
- Providing administrative support to the department as needed

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy - MS Office
- Effective time management and the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
