**What's the role on offer**:
We're seeking a motivated and driven **_Rotable Controller_** on a 12-month maternity contract at our Brisbane Head Office In this dynamic role, you’ll keep our fleet flying by coordinating rotable and repairable materials across the network, using your skills in forecasting, modelling and logistics to drive safety, efficiency, and performance.
- Manage procurement, forecasting, and analysis of rotable and repairable materials to keep our fleet flying.
- Optimise inventory levels and identify opportunities for recertification, part sales, and surplus management.
- Take ownership of material issues, coordinating with stakeholders on high-stakes, time-critical projects.
- Deliver accurate reporting, maintain compliance with aviation standards, and support audits as required.
- Drive process improvements, contribute to training and mentoring, and stay across industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and service providers while championing safety and compliance.

**Who are we looking for?**

Are you a detail-driven professional with a sharp eye for accuracy, strong Excel skills, and a passion for process improvement? You are adaptable, have an analytical and a collaborative mindset to ensure efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced aviation environment.
- Background in procurement, supply, or administration, with aviation experience highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently.
- Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and aviation operational demands.
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and delivering results
