**The Client**:
The client is a large global investment company who are looking for a Retail Manager, to manage a part of their Retail portfolio.

The portfolio is extremely well-known and has an excellent support team assisting in managing the portfolio.

**Your role will include**:

- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasting
- Manage finances and arrear collection
- Work alongside the finance team to ensure budgets are managed
- Developing strong relationships with the retailer
- Regular reporting on centre performance and new initiatives
- Manage the stakeholder relationships

**You will have**:

- Must have previous experience in Retail Property
- Previous experience managing budgets
- Thorough understanding of Retail Property Management
- Strong written and verbal communication
