**What you’ll be doing**:
The role of Marketing Specialist, Member Engagement and Activation, will manage the marketing lifecycle for our Member engagement and activation communications, across channels.

You will use a data driven approach to ensure relevance and personalisation across the Member experience. You’ll strive to achieve the objectives of your team, including ensuring an engaging customer experience for our Velocity Members.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Have 5+ years mid-level marketing management experience
- Are experienced with end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaign delivery
- Are a proven high performer who is comfortable with meeting deadlines, being in the data every day and proactively finding or responding to the next growth opportunity
- Are comfortable with hands-on execution and optimisation of journey-based marketing campaigns.
- Are an independent operator - ability to take a brief and run with it, but comfortable to ask questions
- Have a strong skillset and knowledge of data-driven and digital marketing techniques and processes
- Have previous experience with 1st party data and addressable omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Have experience in CRM, lifecycle customer journeys or similar B2C marketing role
- Come with strong collaboration skills, showing initiative to improve processes, solve problems and be a true team player
- Love loyalty programs and building the best customer journey for our members
- Understand spam and privacy compliance in direct marketing context
- Have worked in paid digital and social campaign delivery (desirable)
- Have experience working with CMS, CRM, Power BI and other MarTech systems and databases etc. (desirable)
