**Who we are**

Independent Living Disability Services provides a range of supports and services to people across NSW

We are looking for a highly skilled Support worker with proven experience working with adults that have complex mental health. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

**What we offer**

- Ongoing position Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm - can be job shared.
- Need to be able to stay on shift later than 3pm if needed.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Australian resident
- Workers Screening Check, Working with Childrens and First Aid + CPR
- At least two years experience working in a similar role supporting clients with Schizophrenia and mental health,
- Have a vehicle with current comprehensive car insurance
- Australian Licence

The ideal person will be friendly, fun, have lots of energy and engaging to build a therapeutic relationship to successfully assist our clients within their home.
