**The Role**

We’re seeking caring and reliable **Disability Support Workers** to join our growing team.
You’ll provide **in-home and community support** to NDIS participants and aged care clients — helping with daily living, personal care, and community participation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Support meal preparation and light household tasks
- Provide safe and reliable transport to appointments and activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social inclusion
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records
- Build respectful and trusting relationships with clients and families

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (or working towards)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Current driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Completion of NDIS Orientation Module
- Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays (penalty rates apply)
