The Role

We're seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

You'll provide in-home and community support to NDIS participants and aged care clients — helping with daily living, personal care, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Support meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Provide safe and reliable transport to appointments and activities
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and social inclusion
  • Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Build respectful and trusting relationships with clients and families

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community support
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (or working towards)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Completion of NDIS Orientation Module
  • Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays (penalty rates apply)
