We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dedicated team based in Springfield Central.

As the AR Officer, you will be responsible for performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.

**In your new role, you will**:

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Collect outstanding customer account payments
- Create customer invoices accurately and send to customers
- Reconcile, process payments and provide supporting documents for all accounts receivable invoices
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Provide invoicing details and resolve client enquiries as needed

To be successful, you will:

- 5+ years Accounts Receivable experience
- Exceptional communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required
- Proven vaccination against COVID-19 (double vaccination)
