**Your new company**

This well known Australian FMCG brand is looking to appoint an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Financial Controller and supported for the AR team lead you will be provided a permanent opportunity with coaching and opportunities to grow.

**Your new role**

You will be interviewed for the role of Accounts Receivable Officer. Within this role your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Assisting with customer enquiries, and general clerical duties
- Maintain an up to date a billing system
- Processing payments regularly and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms
- Reconciling debtor accounts and verifying and providing receipts
- Provide reconciliation support to the finance team as required
- Follow-up and escalate overdue payments
- Arranging Proof of Delivery documents when requested

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have previous experience in an Accounts or Customer Service role. Previous exposure to using an ERP system would be advantageous. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
