**The Position**:
We are currently looking for a **3PL Operation Manager** to work from the **Derrimut, VIC **office. In this role you will be overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to streamline processes, monitor performance, and deliver exceptional service. With your strong leadership and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the overall 3PL logistics operations.
- Coordinate with and manage internal teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations staff.
- Oversee the documentation and compliance processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and mentorship.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets to track operational performance.

**The Package**:
