**Your new company**
Hays are currently working with an organisation that is committed to building it's community and parks in the local area. A great full-time hours contract opportunity is currently being offered within this department that manages a multitude of contracts relating to park maintenance in local areas.

**Your new role**
The role will involve contributing to an important aspect of the community through monitoring and managing the day-to-day work performance of contractors responsible for implementing park maintenance services. You will also be particularly responsible for reviewing contracts, preparing job cost estimates and handling financial records.
