Contracts officer required to support with Green assets for local government on Brisbane's southside

Are you passionate about parks and green spaces? This local council is seeking a dedicated Green Asset Contracts Officer to manage their parks' maintenance contracts and ensure top-notch service delivery within their vibrant community.

**Your new role**
- Develop and maintain contract management plans for park maintenance services.
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring alignment with scope of works and KPIs
- Conduct detailed investigations into performance breaches and address issues effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and negotiating outcomes.

- Holds a diploma or has experience in a related discipline.
- Proficient in contract management, with a focus on parks and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
