**Your role**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Act as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for School Management and Learning Systems support. Respond to a broad range of service requests for School Management and Learning Systems support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution. Provide first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocate unresolved issues as appropriate. Use existing processes to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues. Contribute to creation of support documentation. (SFIA CSMG - 3)
- Following agreed procedures, identifies, registers and categorises incidents. Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate. Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken. (SFIA USUP - 3)
- Monitor and maintain a range of job request queues to ensure incidents and requests are handled according to priority and in a timely manner. Monitors and logs the actual service provided, compared to that required by service level agreements. (SFIA SLMO - 2)
- Follow communication, job handling and administrative processes and procedures to ensure quality and consistent outcomes of service.
- Use a range of high level communication and customer service skills to deal with, and provide support to, systems users, respond to requests and handle situations to provide a high quality level of service.
