**Your key responsibilities**:
Implementation of Cash Management solutions that include but not limited to Account Opening, Electronic Banking / ERP Interfaces, Host-to-Host solution, Partner Bank, Payables, Receivables and Liquidity Management.
- A Project Manager who is responsible for implementation of cash management solutions for clients.
- Liaises and works with client to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of product and services, from project scoping, project planning, documentation, system data set up, UAT, training and 1st transaction monitoring.
- Ensures timely and efficient implementation of amended customer mandates and electronic-banking requirements
- Participate in client sales pitching from Implementation perspective as needed.
- Works with various internal stakeholders to onboard client and implement the solutions to ensure timely delivery of the solutions.
- Co-ordinates internally and with client for user acceptance testing.
- Works closely with Compliance on implementation of new regulatory requirements impacting account opening and product documentations.
- Identifies and manages/resolves potential issues and risks during the course of the implementation.
- Communicates and conducts regular status reviews/meetings and ensure that the implementation meets the agreed milestones and client’s expectation.
- Manage post-implementation survey
- Support clients’ change request in product including documentation preparation and system setup.
- Arranges/negotiates deviations on legal documentation and obtains relevant legal opinion/ waivers/approvals from compliance/management. Keeps stakeholders informed.
- Arranges and coordinates with other DB branches on electronic-banking account tagging for customers with regional/global requirements.
- Support rollout of global/regional initiatives and tools pertaining to Implementations
- Coordinate with Product Management team for new client/market requirements
- Client Service responsibilities on a secondary basis.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Graduate with 2-3 years’ banking experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in Cash Management preferably in the implementation role.
- Strong project management skills, presentation skills and communication skills
- IT literate, experience in ERP integration, Host to Host and Swift implementation preferred.
- A good understanding of cash management products and services.
- Additional experience in client service and trade finance viewed favorably.
- Fluent in written English, fluent in spoken English.
