**The Opportunity**

Our client is a leading Australian fashion retailer, who own three brands that are in the forefront of the Australian Market. Established over 20 years ago, our client has a strong global presence and is still experiencing huge growth. **The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Receive, review and prepare invoices for processing
- Ensure all payments, both domestic and international, are accurately processed
- Provide guidance to all staff on necessary procedures and be the main point of contact for all AP queries
- Maintain and reconcile monthly rental ledger/schedule, as well as leasing agreements on a half yearly basis
- Process weekly AP ageing reports
- Receipt funds from customers and vendors, and process credit notes

**About YOU**

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

- Ideally, you will have 2+ years of experience in a full function AP role within the retail/hospitality industry
- Importantly, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with multiple stakeholders
- A high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and operate efficiently in a high complex environment
