**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Technical Service Delivery Manager **to join our Business Services division based at our client site in Brisbane CBD, QLD. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services and projects for the Digital Communications team. This position is responsible for managing the onsite delivery team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, conflict resolution skills and a proactive approach to maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving business goals.

We employ a hybrid work set up with an option of 2 days work from home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Digital Communication team, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their objectives.
- Identify and foster opportunities within the customer for projects which leverage the skills available within the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical project discussions.
- Manage resource allocation, cost efficiencies, forecasting and capacity planning for project managers, business analysts, developers, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with organisational guidelines, including conducting vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and maintaining security documentation
- Leverage technical knowledge to guide team members and facilitate problem-solving.
- Prepare and present monthly operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Accountable for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Digital Communication team.

**About You**
- Extensive experience in delivery or operations management with strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, including managing customer relationships and commercial agreements.
- Expertise in resource management and capacity planning.
- Demonstrated ability to create operational efficiencies through automation and process optimisation.
- Experience with project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with the ability to lead technical teams.
- Strong understanding of compliance guidelines, including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and documentation management.
- Excellent risk and scope management capabilities.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and managing invoicing processes.
