**About the role**:
The Project Officer will be a dynamic team member within the Neurosciences Department who will support the development of a new Model of Care and relationship agreement between Austin Health and The Florey Institute. The project will require effective stakeholder management across both organisations, project documentation and reporting, and consumer partnership/co-design.
The Project Officer will work closely with and support the Divisional Managers of Neurosciences, Specialist Clinics and other operational and clinical leads across both organisations to ensure the project is delivered to achieve the expected outcomes in the expected timeframes.
**About you**:
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a health or related discipline
- Demonstrated success in implementing change management projects in a clinical environment
- Experience or knowledge of project management methodologies, including development of project plans, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, stakeholder analysis and communication plans
- Understanding of acute health services and the acute/general practice interface
- Able to consult, collaborate and work as an effective member of a team to deliver outcomes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
