We are seeking an experienced and accomplished HSEQ Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As an HSEQ Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality standards across the organisation. This is a senior-level position with a significant level of autonomy, allowing you to make a tangible impact to our client's operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of safety management, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and frontline safety performance.
- Collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization to develop and implement safety and quality initiatives.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of implementing safety improvements in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including ISO requirements.

Skills and Experience:

- Significant experience in safety management, preferably in a mining or heavy industrial setting.
- Strong expertise in safety practices and regulations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated success in improving frontline safety performance and reducing incidents.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, particularly ISO standards, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in safety reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
