Work for an expert and well-equipped collective of consultants, specialising in seeking and developing remarkable commercial and industrial spaces in Australia. Located in leafy green Subiaco, you will be close to public transportation, shopping areas, multiple lunch selections and numerous places to go out for Friday night fun.

**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

Representing the tenant side of commercial and industrial property, this role focuses on helping a team of Senior Consultants help clients make informed decisions and save money. You will be required to put your studies into practice and will be guided the whole way Areas include but are not limited to; learning about negotiations, market insights to guarantee more beneficial terms and optimal outcomes.

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

Our client is looking for a proactive graduate with a growth mindset You will work closely with one of the Director’s who has been with the agency for over a decade so you can be confident that you are learning from the best You will be working with exciting projects and will be a valued member of this very successful team.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

- Previous work experience in the property sector (not essential but a BONUS)
- Sales Representative Licence (required)
- Strong results in Property Finance / Property Investment Analysis / Property Development or similar units
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to learn, quick to pick up new skills and forward thinking
