**In this role, you'll**:
In this role, you will drive security-focused initiatives to strengthen the protective design of transport assets. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope, overseeing both capital and operational budget through systems like Equip to ensure projects are completed as planned.
You’ll manage the procurement process, working closely with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and key stakeholders, including risk and security professionals, to ensure smooth project delivery.
A core part of your role will be contributing to the development and implementation of security strategies that focus on proactive risk management and integrating security controls across transport assets. You’ll work to align these initiatives with broader organisational goals, ensuring that each project is successfully delivered and contributes to the company’s strategic objectives.

**About you**
You bring experience in security management or asset protection, ideally within a large complex organisation. Your strengths lie in building relationships, strategic thinking, effective communication, and project management.
You communicate clearly and can distil complex security concepts into clear, concise messages, fostering understanding and engagement across teams. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable with ambiguity, you make sound decisions amidst uncertainty, and adapt best practices to fit our unique culture
